FUDO Super Ocean Tuna Ringed Eye Hooks are true “J Hooks” that provide more open throat and grasp than that of the Southern Tuna style. These are versatile hooks that provide great performance when trolling or fishing bait for large gamefish.
This is the preferred hook style for anglers chasing striped marlin in Southern California and Mexico as it’s believed that the ‘open’ nature of the throat and knife edge point produce more consistent hookups than that of more closed hooks.
